How do I book an airport pickup?
Book online, by WhatsApp or by phone. Share your flight number, arrival terminal and destination address, and you'll receive written confirmation with a fixed fare within minutes.
Where will my chauffeur meet me?
Inside the arrivals hall, holding a sign with your name. Your chauffeur's photo, phone number and vehicle registration are shared with you before you fly, so you always know who you're looking for.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Nothing you need to act on. We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup automatically, whether you land forty minutes early or four hours late, your chauffeur is there when you walk out.
Is waiting time charged?
Every airport pickup includes generous complimentary waiting time after landing, enough to clear immigration, collect luggage and pass customs unhurried. Extended waits beyond that are agreed transparently, never sprung on you.
How is the fare calculated?
Fares are fixed at booking based on vehicle class and destination. There are no meters, no surge pricing and no fuel surcharges, the amount you confirm is the amount you pay.
Which vehicles are available for transfers?

Do you offer airport drop-offs too?
Yes, the same service in reverse. Your chauffeur arrives early, loads your luggage and delivers you to departures with comfortable time in hand, timed against live traffic.
Can I book for someone else, a guest or client?
Absolutely. Many of our transfers are booked by assistants, hotels and companies for arriving guests. The traveller receives the chauffeur details directly, and you receive confirmation the pickup is complete.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, on request at booking. Tell us the ages of the children travelling and we'll fit appropriate seats before the pickup at no drama and no delay.
How much luggage can I bring?
Sedans comfortably take three large cases; our SUVs take five or more. Travelling heavy? Mention it at booking and we'll assign a vehicle with room to spare.
Are late-night and early-morning pickups available?
We operate around the clock, every day of the year. A 3 am landing receives exactly the same chauffeur, vehicle and welcome as a midday one, at the same fixed fare.
I'm visiting Pakistan for the first time. Will this be easy?
It's designed for exactly that. Your chauffeur meets you inside the terminal, speaks English, handles your luggage and knows your destination, no local SIM, cash negotiation or navigation required on your part.
How do I pay?
Cash, bank transfer and major cards are all accepted. Corporate clients can settle by monthly invoice through a corporate account.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Plans change, especially around flights. Amendments are free with reasonable notice, and cancellation terms are shared clearly at booking. A delayed or rescheduled flight is never treated as a cancellation.
Is the service safe for solo travellers?
Yes. Every chauffeur is identity-verified and professionally trained, every journey is logged and trackable, and your booking details are shared only with you. Many solo and female travellers use Mandil for precisely this reason.
Do you serve both domestic and international arrivals?
Both, at Islamabad International Airport. Tell us your flight number and we'll be at the correct hall, domestic or international, at the correct time.
Can you handle group or delegation arrivals?

What if I can't find my chauffeur?
